Talking 8 Months sober
Wow I remember when i was in that first couple of months and just couldn't wait to be past 6 months. Now its like the time fly by. Before I know it ill be at a year. Thank you to everyone. Reading on here has helped me though a lot of though times. As for me i still have good and bad days, but the good out weigh the bad by a lot now. Im continuing to eat better, diet and exercise all the time. That helps me feel better.

Thanks everyone. No I never did AA. Reading on this site helped me a lot when i was feeling alone and helped when i was feeling strange.
