Next battle: smoking

So I quit smoking & drinking a few months ago for 2 weeks. Relapsed on the drinking & came back to the smoking. So mad at myself for that. But I will not give up. I have 30 days sober, now gonna give up the nicotine monster.
I know it wont be as hard as drinking. But since I quit drinking, I really looked forward to my after work smokes.
But I loathe it at the same time. It is so disgusting. Wish me luck

I can't quit too, smoke only 3-4 a day, but the morning cigarette is too good.

I used the 12 Steps to quit smoking as I did with drinking.

Wishing you the best.

Count me in on this too but not just yet. I think I am going to wait until I have 60 or 90 days of sobriety first before I take on that monster.

Good luck! I quit 6 mos after I quit drinking and it was way easier than when I had tried in the past, while still drinking. They went SO hand in hand for me. Even now when I have a thought about drinking, I imagine a smoke with it. I started both at the same time, as a kid. I used the lozenges to help me quit. Congrats on 30 days!!
