Reached for bottle wasn't there
 

Woke from bad dream and reached for mt bottle on side table not there anymore wonder if I'll ever adjust did find vitamen water however. And needed SR now.

finding the water bottle is a comfort for me now. and makes me remember of all the times I woke up completely dehydrated from the booze and my mouth was so dry it'd feel like it was about to break.

I had a drinking dream as well last night MCF. I remember getting disturbed in the dream that I had three beers. It seems so real. Guess we are on automatic at times.

The past two nights I have also had drinking dreams, and in both I felt guilt and regret while and after drinking.

Just great to wake up and know it was just a dream :)

i used to keep my glass of wine on the night table too....I can't tell you how many times i have reached my hand over out of habit and we are going on 10 months. (with a young active kitten in the house, NO beverages are allowed in the bedroom, i have to go to the kitchen)
