tylenol nightime?

should i feel guilty about this? theres a little bit of alochol in it i think

Ive had a bad soar throat so I took it to help me sleep

Did you take the recommended dosage? If so I wouldnt worry about it, if you took more then...

yea

did the reccomended dose at around 8 and then again at 3:30

Luckily 1 Tylenol pm has helped me sleep through the night. I'm going to cut down to a half of one. In the past when I have taken 2 I would wake up w a Tylenol pm hangover! Hope you got the rest you needed and your throat feels lovely! Sore throats are the suck! Try some cepocol cough drops. Those will help numb the throat.

i believe the 'sleepy' ingredient in tylenol pm is benadryl, not alcohol. it's supposedly not habit forming but i got into the habit of taking them and had to stop as it left me feeling bad the next day.
