Didn't sleep well, PTSD ish dreams, depression. Just lying in bed and I thought screw this I know where it can lead, got up walked the dog just breathed appreciated being sober. Not saying the depression went away but didn't give up to it. If I become a victim again, I fall back. And lot's of support from SR and my puppy. Never give up or give in, life is so worth it while I have it. I best to all my family here.

Always remember: there is a big difference between a victim and a survivor.
