Congrats for deciding to get sober! My emotions were all over the place the first couple weeks - it definitely gets better! Just try to be patient with yourself - it's a process and takes time for our brains to reset.

I hope you feel free to post as often as you like.
What works for me, is to think that first drink through to the end, and where it will lead.
Lots of people find face to face support helpfull such as AA.
Congratulations on your decision, you'll be feeling better in no time.
