It is amazing to hear how just quality of sleep improves dramatically when you've been away from alcohol for so long. It is probably one of the goals I, and we, should desire the most, is to just get a good nights rest. It is such a basic necessity that we neglect. Studies are constantly indicating we in the US, and I am sure in many other countries, have such issues with sleep and stress, and I would imagine the percentage of alcohol drinkers is >90%. Coincidence? I think not. Another opinion, 90% of those who drink are alcoholics.
