Peace Really Does Come With In
Did some reading meditation walking dog etc versus the drinking which was the easy way out but it wasn't a way out. I'm on SR been on Chat about to watch a show It does get better minute by minute but not always. Good to know sobriety isn't Nirvana 7 months, I'm pleased. Looking for some on line meetings, can't really drive at night. Feel so much better. Stuff passes if I'm patient. Just wish I wasn't a one fingered typer but the left and right hand don't work togther but the left and right brain don't either least staying out of the reptilian brain. Peace all |
