You help me just by posting what is going on with you

Also a problem shared is a problem cut in half.

(((Fitz))) - You are part of the family, and though I'm sorry you've been down, I am always glad to see your posts.

Hugs and prayers,

Much better now, needed to remember to breathe, if I take myself too seriously I take myself nowhere. If I don't drink I may feel crap once in awhile but I feel and that is really the key. Going to listen to old time rock and roll, it passes if I let it. Oh breathing too.

glad its better. Now. and thats what my sponsor would always remind me to do: "breathe honey. Just breathe"

and then of course he'd suggest a gratitude list.

I really, really struggle with depression and I know obviously drinking wasn't solving anything (that's putting it mildly) but I'm feeling a lot of rough, painful things full on and it's...hard. I keep telling myself I haven't allowed myself to face them, and it's never going to be the "right" time, there's just now. This place is great, I'm glad you're posting and I'm glad I found SR.

Yes depressants don't help depression/ Wounds need to breathe. I',m thinking of old rock and roll lyrics, helps my mind.

I just logged on after being off for awhile. I am sorry to hear you are having a rough time fitz. I hope you continue to lean on your SR friends. I don't know you but your positive words speak volumes about your character. I know if I met you in person I would think you are a pretty cool guy. I hope you are seeking outside help. You deserve a happy life. Take care of yourself. Know that so many here have you in their thoughts.
