Sleep is so important
..... At least it is to me. I am very easy to spot when tired or hungover. Emotions on my sleeves. Today, I am exhausted. I cannot wait to go to bed. I thought I wanted to catch a second meeting today, but I'm not going. I am going to a calm quiet place, in my bed. I need the rest for a calm and quiet mind. I need it for serenity. I need it to stay sober, just for today. Have a peaceful evening sr, good night. Jane.

Well, it was interrupted sleep, but it was great. I wish I could send the kids off to school and sleep another 2 hours, but responsibility calls as I must go to work. The start of day 4 and I feel a bit less bloated, but had Chinese for lunch yesterday... Way too much sodium!!! Starting a smoothie regimen of fresh fruits and spinach. It's fantastic! Love it!!!! I am still taking b complex and fish oils. And melatonin for sleep. Oh and lots of water. I am confused on the role of my sponsor, haven't spoken to her since Sunday, im sure she thinks I'm drinking. Shouldn't she be calling me? Have a great day!!!
Chardonnay: Glad you're making some progress on sleep. My experience is that it tends to work out in a week or so and gets even better later on. I also use the Melatonin to help. Ask your doctor about combining that with Tylenol if you have to. I have a friend who insists on using wine. A very very bad idea, even for a person who is not an alcoholic and for anyone with alcohol related issues it's certain to result in disaster.
