Day 11 and counting
I want to thank everyone for the support and insight which helped me so much. I am feeling great and better everyday! Eating healthy, drinking gallons of water, thinking clearer and more rational with ZERO beer cravings I just can't believe I didnt do this sooner. The whole time I was drinking I kinda thought I had a problem but was oblivious to the hurt it was causing others. Unfortunately that will take time to correct and I have let them know that I am now sober and said my apologies but it will still take time.

Brilliant Muststop. What impresses me in this place is talking to people and they all have made the same mistakes, hurt the same people, but we have realised our errors. And we intend to get better. Drinking makes you think that you are the only one with the problem, so you need to medicate yourself , just talking to like minds makes you realise the power the drink has over you, and that gives you the strength to bin it.
