Day Two and I Feel Great!

No withdrawals, possibly because I wasn't a heavy drinker for very long, and I spaced them out and never got truly drunk and ate a lot while drinking? I don't know, but I am greatful. I am not even tempted to drink. It actually repulses me at the moment. Its nice not to have that bloated beer feeling. I know I will have bad days and want to run for a drink, but I am certain I can do this!

"never got truly drunk and ate a lot while drinking" I got to the point where I would intentionally not eat so that what I drank would hit me harder and faster. Then I would wake up in the middle of the night and raid the fridge. Glade you're here and didn't do what I did.

Me too. Eating was a inconvenience when I was drinking, killed the buzz and made me feel too bloated. Unbelievable how bad I treated my body.

Glad you are here soberformyson.

God bless.
