I'm new.
 

Hi! At Noon today I will be Sober for 6 days. Finally decided that I am beyond a problem drinker and that I am an Alcoholic. Hard to admit. Going to AA meetings and just being grateful that my bottom didn't get any lower. Last weekend I dodged a couple bad bulletts, or should I say that my Higher Power allowed me to dodge them. Hope everyone has a good day.

I've dodged so many bullets I thought I was bullet proof. And invisible. It's odd what drinking does to you.

Anyway, congratulations on six days, that's great! Remember, you never have to drink again.
What helps me is thinking that first drink through to the end and where it will lead.
