Its 30 days for me!!! Its been years since I have made 30 days!! I just want to thank the SR board for all the support, I believe I would not of made it 30 days!....p.s. 11 pounds smaller.....

30 Days!!! That has got to be such a great feeling! Plus being 11 pounds lighter! Not only is it emotionally gratifying to be free from alcohol, its a nice bonus to lose the extra pounds at the same time! Just want you to know, I'm almost 1/2 way behind you at 12 days! I cannot wait to feel as good as you do! Proud of you nel68! Have a great #30 day!

The stressors have gotten better to the point I haven't felt like I have gotting the really bad cravings to drink, now it may slip in my brain for a second then poof its gone. It doesn't naw at me until I'm crazy like before,but I really haven't had much stress I try to keep busy with my journal and I read alot on the SR board, go for walks, alot of "me time" when I can find it.....All is pretty darn good on day 30! Keep pushing forward AloneAlot and you will feel so much better and healthier!
