Day Two

Well this is fun! This is day two and I am thinking a little more clearly. A good shower and fresh sheets on the bed are on my agenda as soon as I can muster the energy. Thank you for all the encouraging words yesterday. I am still here and taking it hour-by-hour and minute-by-minute. At least I was able to get some chicken and rice soup down and keep it down. I don’t dare run to the store just yet. But thank you for the Gator Aid tip; I’ll get some in a day or two. Just sharing and trying to stay in good company.

Well I had dry heaves yesterday and this afternoon, diarrhea, a headache, shaky, sweaty, burning and tenderness in the upper abdomen and mudded thinking. I was able to eat and drink juice today. I took a hot shower that helped.

Probably, I have some Mylanta, thanks I’ll try it. Things should get better in a day or two. I forget how sick am until I stop feeding that dirty worm on mine.

Congrats on your decision. I have detoxed severely to many times. Its so nice to know you dont have to feel like this again.

Good love, Inda
