Resources??
Hi all,
I was scrolling on here earlier and came across a few resources, but can't seem to find them now. There were a couple youtube documentaries / films, another one was a youtube timeline of a guy who had been sober for two years, he looked like a completely different person at the end of the two years. And there were also some books.
If anyone has any recommendations I would love to hear them. Thank you!

The guy you're talking about writes for cracked.com using the name John Cheese. He's a very honest guy about his struggle, a big inspiration to many of us here.
