Hello SRC, Glad to be clean and sober on this Monday morning, grateful that I could show up for work today.Even though I having been battling a cold all weekend. Could be worse I could have a hang over. It has been a tough weekend. I have had about 4 friends relapse over the weekend and this makes me so sad. I know that today I can only stay sober for myself and I cant make anybody else stay clean but it breaks my heart to see this going on all around me.

It is very hard to watch others relapse around you. I also saw someone go back out this past week and feel a bit used as well because she was crying on my shoulder before I knew that she had started drinking again. Now our long conversations seem tainted. And I feel somewhat betrayed. Although I do have compassion for her.

You are still sober. I hope you hold that to you today as you pray for your friends and hope they make it back to sobriety quickly.

Hopefully, your friends will find their way.
