Monday
It is Monday, it is raining, it is dark, it is early, and it felt like the middle of the night when I dragged myself out of bed this morning. However, I AM NOT HUNGOVER. It could be so, so much worse! I can be thankful even on a gloomy day.

Rainy Monday here too in Toronto but what is that saying; January showers bring February flowers? oh wait that is April showers bring May flowers. Nevermind.

Upstate NY as well. Gloomy, cold, rainy. Don't like it much but drinking wouldn't make it better for me and it would insure tomorrow sucked worse. Waking up is so much better than coming to.

Foggy, cold and looking like snow here. Didn't sleep well last night due to a darned cold and having to wake up every hour to blow my nose (staying away from the Nyquil, lol). But thank you for giving me the first thing to be grateful for today! I'd much rather wake up with a stuffed up nose and little sleep, than with a stuffed up nose, little sleep, AND a hangover! Good times!
