2 Months!
OK- Today marks 2 months- Still holding strong, as I hope all of you are too. Starting to see some shifts in my thought process, ect. I stopped seeing my counselor- It didn't seem to be doing much, but I'll reconsider if I start having issues. Hugs to everybody.
