36 hours alcohol free, major lower back pain

Was a daily drinker, 10 plus beers or 8 shots of tequila daily for 10 plus years and abused, but a but less for 10 years prior to that also. worke up today (after 4 hours sleep total in 36 hours) with really bad very low back pain...i have no history of back pain and no injuries...sound familiar to anyone? kidney withdrawl? I am drinking alot of water and not vomiting, so dont think it is dehydration. thanks:a108:

Hi wednesday :)
Welcome :)

I think, with any kind of major pain, your best bet is to see your Dr.
Why not see a professional and set your mind at ease?

Being knew at this, i just didnt know if it was a common sympton of alcohol withdrawl. i know eveyone is not the same and I not asking for medical advice..just thought since alot of people on here have gone through what i am going though, wanted to hear if they experienced it or not. to me if it is not related to the alcohol w/d, it is a big coinsidence..

why not wait and rest it. if it's just an achy type of pain. if it's something so bad, you can't move, go to the ER and tell them exacty what your experiencing and how you are detoxing.

i was sore in my legs and glutes about 4-5 days after stopping (the first time), it was hard to climb 2 flights of stairs.
