It is better to take many small steps in the right direction than to make a great leap forward only to stumble backward. - Old Chinese Proverb .....I feel like everyday for the last 18 days I have taken small steps towards a new me...so not to get to overwhelmed.

I can relate to that. I've taken giant strides before only to fall back even further.

Slow and steady wins the race.
