Day 17!!
Well its day 17 for me doing good and I have lost 10 pounds!! I have been eating better, exercising and keeping myself busy reading, writing in my journal! Hope everyone has a great day!!

Congrats!!
Day 17 for me too, instead of losing weight though I am expanding rapidly! Cravings for ice cream and all things bad get the better of me, as long as it's not alchohol or cigarettes it's ok I guess, February I'll eat better too !
