Help with Anxiety

I read this just yesterday and it has really helped in just a couple days with my anxiety. I suggest reading it if you suffer from anxiety and nothing has worked yet. I've tried many different things to try and curb my anxiety and this has pointed out exactly what you can do.

a letter to myself - nothing works

Thanks for this. I'm on day 10 and have suffered increasing anxiety over the last couple of nights. I posted a separate thread elsewhere on it. I will read this and hopefully it will be of help. thank you

Anxiety for me was very uncomfortable and
is still a little uncomfortable today. However,
knowing that my anxiety is a chemical imbalance
in my system, my body, and help with non
narcotic and habit forming medicine I am able
to deal with my ever changing system as I
continue to get older.

Our bodies go thru many changes over the yrs.
as Im not a child or teenager, or in my 20's,
30's, child bearing yrs., and now hormones
and menapausal stage of my life.

There are so many positive and healthier ways
to take care of our bodies thru those different
stages of our bodies. Physically, mentally, emotionally,
and spiritually.

We become more wiser in knowledge to take
care of the one body we have.
