Im a nineteen year old male nd hav been strugglind with pills for about a year now with a three month sobriety period and I recently got back into my old ways I have terrible anxiety which I take medicine for also this is my:a213: first post nd plz respond

I do blus about three times a week I used to daily but I feel it creeping back:a043:

Welcome, kmr! Have you consulted with your doctor on any of this? If you haven't, and if you want to quit, IMHO that would be a good action to take.

Please keep posting and talking it out!

I think a Dr would be a good first move too.
Are you also interested in something like NA or SMART as well?

Thanks for the responses ive seen a doc about anxiety it happened a few months after stopping than I got prescribed klonopin my anxiety slightly eased than I found myself back at square one havent done anything today nd my legs are killin me but I want to stop again before it gets to how it used to be ..

And I appreciate the reaponses greattly
