I made my first smart decision
 

I was posting earlier about wanting to have a birthday party this weekend and I am aware that is a dumb idea. I have 1 clean day and that was last week. Anyway, it is suppost to be in the 40s this weekend (heatwave for usa midwest!) and I called my two closest friends and said that for my birthday I wanted to go walk a few miles to a nearby bakery and have lunch and walk back. It sounds peaceful and healthy. Tigger41...thank you. I don't know what it was about that simple post, but it clicked.

I am really excited about it. These are my good friends, healthy friends, honest friends. For all those reasons I have pulled away from them a bit lately and it's time to get back together. This may turn into a wonderful 36th weekend. Friday night we are going with my parents out to eat. I did choose a pub bc I love their food, but I don't always drink when I go out with my folks so they won't even question it.
