I must continue forward!
I feel great. Today marks 7 days without a drop of the poison I had grown so accustom to...I know my sobriety is in its infancy stage but I feel I am ready for the future. I have to thank the whole SR community for allowing me a place while out on the road to interact with people i relate to in so many ways...7 down, the rest of my life to go...I'm ready!!

7 days and one day at a time till tomorrow.
When I stay in today concentrating on just
what's in front of me, not worrying about
yesterday because it's gone forever and
tomorrow....well if I didnt drink today, i'll
lay my head down tonight being thankfull
and if my HP willing, ill wake tomorrow and
repeat what i did today not drinking and
applying my recovery program of steps
and principles in my everyday affairs with
willingness, open-mindedness and honesty.
That's how it has worked for me for the last
21 yrs. with gratefullness and humility.
