I haven't posted in a little while so I thought I would check in! Been spending most of my time in Recovery Chat. Fixing my sleep cycle has been a success so far, and it has even helped with my anxiety tremendously. I'm still taking one Oxazepam when I get up and 1/2 Clonazepam (if needed) a few hours before bed but I'm pretty sure I'll be off them soon as I don't think I really need them much anymore.

Glad to hear you have reached day 20. I am at the end of day 21. Good to hear your anxiety is getting better. Only good things to come.
