new here

hi well im new here i found out about this site yesterday and im so glad i did. i have been drinking for the last 3-4 years and i was in denial that i had a problem but when i stopped drinking on dec 24 i went to the hospital because of an anxiety attack well that's when i knew i was having withdrawals and the next day it was just worse the worst ever but now its the 2 of jan and i feel so much better.i havent had a drink or wanted to and i stsrting eating healthy leans meats vegies and cut out all the sugars. i am grateful for my family by my side and this site for explaining what was going on with my feelings and that im not going crazy its just the withdrawals and that im not aone thank you guys so much. 10 days down and feeling much much better.
