Like some of the members above said I just found out that my android phone can do speech to text, plus I have a headset and my windows seven ultimate can do the same. It takes a bit of configuring, but it generally works well. I started looking at these programs back in 2009 when I started having really bad, recurring sciatica in my upper back that also runs down my right arm. (I really hope now that I've stopped drinking those issues will ease up quite a bit. )

i have a wrist brace and am using it, but it isnt the tendons or liga ments, it's the nerves had it before and it got better in a week or so. thank you all for the prayers and good wishes. hug

Not fair, least. I don't know what causes that, but I had something similar a few years ago. Left hand was very numb - it took about a week for it to be normal again. It hasn't happened since, though.
