Yay for making it through new year :D
I'm back on day 5 after a Christmas mess up, but I feel pretty good right now.
I remember the night before I did slip I asked myself "If there was a drink in front of me right now, and nobody knew I drank it, would I actually do it?" The answer was yes. Now it's no, but I'd still be craving it. I know it'll get easier though
It feels like something flipped. I was stopping because of other people even though I said it was for myself too. Now I am stopping for me.
Anywho bedtime. For the first time since I was 15 I'll be waking up on new year's day fresh!
