I think it's ok to be worried.....just do the right thing anyway. Don't forget, doing what we wanted to do, listening to only our selfish desires, living our life as we wanted to live it - that's what got us into the mess we got into in the first place.

You won't learn to live a spiritual life in which you do what you SHOULD do rather than what you want to do without practicing it when there's an opportunity to practice it.

This is a little off topic, but sugar makes me really irritable, CaiHong. I found that out when I eliminated it from my diet for a month. When I ate it again I was shocked by how irritable I became. I still have it but I limit it.

Well I blew it at 90 days and I have to say it did me absolutely no good. Didn't change my life one bit. Next day it was the same. Only it was day one again. So now I don't count and I don't project and I don't expect. I hope you didn't drink today. If you did/do come here tomorrow and help someone who is in your shoes. Maybe you will help them get past their 90 days.
