I yelled at my puppy
I yelled at my puppy
because I'm totally depressed from losses in my life but losses are in life if you're living. I spent 40 years numbed out and now know I'll take every "bad" feeling over not feeling. I gave my dog a chew and hug, don't we all need that. Whatever is happening, don't yell. Hurt echos
"It is better to conquer yourself than to win a thousand battles. Then the victory is yours. It cannot be taken from you, not by angels or by demons, heaven or hell."

(((Fitz))) - I have to admit, I've yelled and snapped at my cats, too, on occasion but I find they are very forgiving - a hug, snuggle and all is forgiven. The realization of all we've let go and lost is tough, but I've seen too many success stories to let it keep me down.
Hugs and prayers,
