My husband was taking a shower and left the Valium in his bag ...we wanted to take it before he got out the shower but we stopped ourselves ...i know its good that we did ...but we cant get the thoughts of the Valium our of our heads we really wanted to take it for other reasons than our anxiety...but hubby is out the shower now and the bag is in his care and we talked to him about it he said he will hide them from now on

May I ask why the 'we'? Your addiction is not you. It depends on you but you do not depend on it. I may be reading your post totally wrong but that was my impression.
