Day 27
 

I am slowly but surely starting to feel a little better for longer stretches at a time. When the anxiety and depression hit(and they sometimes hit really hard), they don't last as long.
Gotta just keep on keepin on. I get so much comfort and inspiration here. Thank you all and God Bless.

Great to hear the good news. It takes time yes, but it'll subside soon. lol I always wondered why I had those episodes too myself and didn't really realize that it had to do with my heavy drinking where as if I had an issue and was bothered I'd pick up the bottle and chug and be too gone to worry anymore.
