Travel,time, and again into the abyss
45 days sober, fell into to the (un) well again! So disappointed in myself :-(
Celebration comes in many forms. I have limited resources and support, I'm sending out a holler to anyone listening.
Going to white knuckle tonight, yikes. I've done it before, I can do it!!

Thank you to all listening. There's an understanding and knowing that I can't share with everyone. But you know! It's so weird to be weak, when one is truly blessed with strength.
I may be here holding on all night. My dear friend who's with me has Parkinsons, but quite capable considering.

Keep posting. When you are feeling a bit stronger post and share with us about the whys and the wherefores of picking up. It may help next time when the craving is strong.
I am quite isolated myself but the resources I do have I use. This forum is one of them. I manage to make it to AA meetings once a week.
The first few months were hard but doable, if I used the support that was available.

Novel could be written. 102 year old Grandma, had to say goodbye to, 2 daughters, thankfully succesful,BUT! moving thousands of miles away,an impending divorce. 20 years, I'll know soon what my future holds. That's just the recent past!
Kinda feel like I should check out the whiners page. Kidding, I'm a newcomer still, and grateful for knowing I'm not alone, when I feel so darned lonely
