I have announced my intents to my close family and friends - am going to hang back for a while from things that I don't absolutely HAVE to do. I am hosting the NYE party for my friends for the 3rd year, and I'm actually looking forward to not being hungover on the 1st of the year.

And maybe I can clean up during the party, too :)
