6 Months Sober

Today makes 6 months for me. Feels good to say that. I've gotten back into longer car trips. The anxiety has lightened up a lot. I don't remember the last time I had a panic attack. Things are feeling good. Still get a bit dizzy and anxious from time to time, but way better than it use to be.

I remember I was starting to feel a lot better, on a more permanent basis, at 6 months... even though I still had my difficult moments time to time, I was very appreciative of my new found freedom, which so many people take for granted. And it has continued to improve. Congratulations on your achievement.

@sym2000 Yeah I never did rehab or A.A. Just the support of my wife and lots of exercise. I still can't believe I got this far with no meds or anything. My anxiety has gotten way more controllable.
