The red face is leaving, so people won't wonder why I have a sunburn on my face in winter...it was so creepy seeing myself in the mirror, neck arm , hands all white, face red as a Tomato...little things like that keep me wanting more sobriety...

horrible isn't it?
i couldn't bear to look at myself...thank god it goes away in a few days.
i used to feel like every one was staring at me.
maybe thats where the term, all lit up ,comes from.
drink loads of water to flush your system.

I use to get horrible scabs on my decolletage area. It's completely cleared up since I quit drinnking. I'm so much more attractive now that I no longer drink alcohol and it hasn't even been a year.

Yeah the red face thing is very embarrassing. For me it was a sign of my high blood pressure from drinking too much. I'm much better now but towards the end people would ask me if I'd been in the sun and I'd say yes just to avert further discussion. Ugh so gross...

That's too funny, that's exactly what people would ask: have you been out in the sun? Answer: Yup, outside alot last weekend...doesn't fly in winter..Unless I was a ski bum..which I'm considering..ha
