On boredom
This is an interesting view on boredom. I forgot where I first saw this (it might have been here somewhere), but I think it could be a useful read for us in our early days of sobriety.
I know, for me, the idea that life will be boring without alcohol kept me drinking for years.
It's a little wordy, but if you have some time, maybe give it a read.
From the article:
So, a little gratitude, when you get bored. After all, boredom is a privilege, right? Your essential needs are taken care of, even your essential wants are taken care of. What percentage of people in the world even have the luxury of boredom?

The boredom allows the voices in my head to be heard loud and clear. I think I need to go to a DR to have them turned off. Anxiety I think is my problem but I need to get that checked out! I am looking forward to lost of boredon in the future.
