It's been a week since I had my last drink and I couldn't be happier. I accomplished a ton of work this week. Exercise, reading, being around family and friends, playing a Sunday morning football game with the guys *without being hung over*, and much much more. It's amazing.

I still have not told anyone yet. I had my one brother and friends ask me if i wanted to go to the bar Friday and my other brother offer me beers last night. I don't feel fatigued at all and it's only been a week.

I know I have a lot more to accomplish but i'm feeling much better than I was a week ago. A week ago I was finish the last of my beer in a need to avoid my hangover.
