I'm sorry you're back in that place. But you've taken a first step by posting here. Now it's time to broaden the net. You don't have to suffer like this. You can end the nightmare once and for all.

You're in the right place. Throw the booze, take a hot shower and get some sleep. Wake up and face a new day sober. One day at a time. If you are struggling seek some help like counseling or rehab. I haven't tried those personally but have heard great stories from those that have. Relapse is often a step on the journey to recovery so stay hopeful BUT keep fighting.

I never changed anything in my life - I just had periodic episodes of enforced sobriety.
Maybe it's time to look at your life as a whole, accept that this keeps happening and it's not going away - and you need to do something about it.
Commit yourself to making some definite changes, man.
