If you are like me, we've left normal and moderate behind a long time ago. Give up the dream of that ever being the case. Now your addictive mind will try to convince yourself otherwise, but keep in mind, if you could have been a normal drinker, you would have been. You aren't. You won't be. Instead be sober. That's normal for a lot of folks!

You mean moderate isn't every night? yep that was me to - that's all I wanted - to be a normal Mom who could have a drink to relax and have some good time with friends and let loose every once an awhile.

Then I became the Mom who was sneaking drinks in-between glasses of wine. nuf said
