Day 2. let the games begin

Awoke this morning after staring at the ceiling all but about an hour last night. In sleep I was greeted with horrible, vivid nightmares. I am tired and hurt all over, other than that I will b ok.
On the positive side I didnt vomit while brushing my teeth this morning. I did wake up instead of coming too and I ma not a shaky mess this morning.
Thanks for the push into day too. I will get back this evening after work.

Good for you! Sleep will come, no one ever died from lack of sleep, but many have perished drowning in the bottle.

Yes, do keep us posted, and congratulations on making it through a tough night.

The days will get better as they go by. Just hang on and be strong! You can do it, and we're all right here going through it with you. You're worth it!

I so very much hope you can quit. I can't imagine what your going through and I am so far from your resolve. My problem is much the opposite in that I drink enormous amounts but I have no negative physiological effects.

Look to see major changes in your well being and ability to sleep in four days or so, that is the way it was for me. After that, everything got better every day, and still does. Hang in, the best is yet to come.
