Day 10...a gift.
Day 10 peeps! as soon as I opened my eyes this morning I said prayer's of Thanks. Getting sober is the ulitmate gift. I haven't told alot of people, because I consider this journey as something of my very own. It's all mine, family and friends can benefit from this 'sorbriety thing', but it belongs to me. God's gift to me.
Yes, I definitely understand that your
recovery, sobriety is a gift given from
Above and that it belong to you, just
as mine belongs to me.
I protect my 21 yrs recovery like a baby,
making sure it is cared for, pampered,
fed, loved, educated, appreciated, etc.
and blessed from Above.
In order to keep this ultimate gift I
share my own ESH with others that
still suffer with addiction.
Each sober day is a gift and saying
please help me each morning to my
HP to guide me as i travel on my
journey doing His will and not mine,
and saying thank you for keeping
me sober this day hoping I didnt
offend anyone, wasnt selfish in my
actions, I didnt lie, steal, etc.
Congrats on ur 10 days as you take
each step one at a time to living a
happy joyous free life without addiction.
