So, its not even 6am of day one, and the anxiety has already started!! Just took half a xanax to get back to sleep. Been saying ill find the right time to quit for a while... Turning point, last night, crying like a child to my 25 year old brother (whos just visiting) after killing a bottle of $3 wine, my husband finding it and saying its not even worth fighting about. if he stops caring, I may lose him. I will not drink today. I guess that a good start.

Thanks for checking in Dee. Doing alright. No shakes or anything. Just no appetite at all and sort of dizzy/foggy. Since my brother is visiting, it's been good having him here all day to keep from over thinking things while sitting alone. Going to dinner tonight. I'm driving. Bought Melatonin for tonight and have been taking vitamins. Just got some chicken noodle soup in me so that feels good. This is about the time of day that I would open a bottle of wine. Not today!
