so i went to church and felt good in the begining, i got really latargic halk way thur. i not sure if thats me just withdrawling/detoxing but im had it. now watchin the niner game. i normally just drink all day but i have eatin twice and drink ice tea/ soda. i am feeling a little jittery also. today is also day two for no smoking. i get my daughter tonight so that will be good. i woke up a 445 this morning. i bet that has something to do with it.

way to go geno. the first 7 days are really hard, then sorta hard. Think medium term, like 6 months away. You don't want to be in this sheet 2 years from now, having the same struggles. Take the medicine, and focus on a better tomorrow.
