Just wanted ro say hi. I was doing great and feeling great. Then my ex asked to be back in touch with me. I was excited and thought maybe i had a chance with her again but instead I found out she has already found someone else. I've been on a complete gender since Saturday. I'm gonna try to have this as my day one again. I just needed to vent.

Vent away! That's pretty rough to have your hopes dashed like that.

I'm sure you're not feeling very positive right now, but be proud that you're not going to let alcohol take you down even further. Give it a few days and you'll start to feel like yourself again. This can be a new beginning.......

I don't know your drinking history, but if you have been on a 7 day bender you should see a Dr. to help you with your detox. Alcohol detox can be dangerous.

yes - deep down I know that but right now I just don't even want to live it. Its so much easier when drinking but then the next morning is horrible again. I stopped the bender today and did not drink tonight. I hope to get back on track...
