90 days for me today!
It's been 90 days for me today. With my anxiety disorder raging to the surface when I stopped drinking back in August I truly have had no desire to drink ever again. I have learned that drinking was making my anxiety disorder MUCH worse. I'm getting better with the anxiety now with help from my psychologist and medication. It's a good feeling to be done with alcohol.

Congratulations withdrawing!! 90 days is fantastic!! Your absolutely right...drinking can make your anxiety so much worse! I'm happy to hear your feeling better.

Congratulations on 90 days! The longer you are sober the more you realize that alcohol was part of the problem and not part of the solution.
