In all seriousness, do you feel a lot better now that you have made it past the 28 recovery time? Some scientists say that after 28 days your brain is back to normal, or as normal as it can get. I don't know if that's true, but do you feel normal yet?

Thanks everyone for the kind words It has been an interesting month, a good month, a time of growth and introspection. I am no longer numb to the world around me, I am feeling every emotion, and I feel very much in the moment all the time.
cuyootoo, I feel better than I've ever felt. I know it sounds strange but I don't remember feeling this focused, even before I started drinking heavily. I am making the right choices every moment of every day and it feels good to be in control. I suspect tomorrow and the next day will be even better. I am not stopping my progress at 28 days!
