Red face a decent nights sleep

I guess I am fortunate that I slept pretty well last night. Actually very restful sleep! Although I kind of freaked out when I couldnt find my melatonin, so I opted for sleepytime tea, with honey and lemon. It totally did the trick.I have missed that over the last few weeks. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you who are stuggling with physical and metntal side effects right now. Have a great day!

I would surmise that a good night's rest is one of our best defenses against anxiety and the cravings.

Oh yeah, sleep rules! I didn't get a whole lot the first week I stopped as I used to pass out from drinking and I just thought it was sleep. When I started dosing on supplements, I grabbed some valerian root and after a few days, I was knocking out and sleeping through the night with no problems (other than some very screwy dreams!) I actually look forward to sleep for the first time in a very long time!!!
